SNECTON is Hydrocarbon-based low dielectric resin developed by Denka‘s coordination polymerization technology.
Characteristics
SNECTON has excellent low dielectric properties and crosslinkability.(Dk:2.2-2.3, Df:under 0.0007)
SNECTON has good compatibility with hard materials such as modified PPE, BMI, and hydrocarbons.
Uses
- Copper Clad Laminate（CCL）
- Interlayer insulating material（Bonding film, Bild-up film, Adhesive material, etc）
- Rasin Coated Copper（RCC）
