Notice Regarding Sending of Online Inquiry Forms

Due to a problem with software related to inquiry forms on DENKA’s website, DENKA has been unable to respond to the inquiry forms submitted by some users.

It was discovered that the abovementioned software failed to send the inquiry forms found on product information pages to the appropriate departments when the input was configured a certain way. This issue arose on September 28, 2012, and it continued unaddressed until October 11, 2013.

Our Sales Division is contacting those users whose inquiry data we have been able to retrieve. The problem with the forms was fixed on October 12, 2013, and we are now monitoring the system to prevent a reoccurrence.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to the users of our website.
