OPS sheets Product Information
This is a biaxially oriented polystyrene sheet. Made from Polystyrene Resin, this sheet uses the material’s transparency, hardness, and food safety, and orients it biaxially to increase its mechanical strength. It is used widely as a food container.
This biaxially oriented sheet was made heat resistant to enable use in a microwave, while maintaining the transparency, strength, and other features of OPS. It is mainly used to make lids for microwave-ready containers.
This biaxially oriented sheet has the same transparency and impact resistance as OPS, but is made from A-PET for better environmental friendliness (lighter weight).
PS sheets Product Information
These sheets are formed using a special resin that is made by compounding styrene with synthetic rubber components using polymer-bonding technology. These sheets feature good transparency and high impact resistance, while remaining supple. They are well suited to such secondary processing as heat sealing, printing, adhesion, and coloring. They are used in a wide range of applications, including pudding and ice-cream containers, as well as packaging materials of medical devices.
These sheets are made from TH, which we developed independently. They feature a good balance of high transparency, impact resistance, and hardness. It has high product value, because the contents of its containers are easy to see.
These sheets take advantage of the moldability and hardness featured by polystyrene. We use our long years of experience to select the resins that enable us to offer a wide range of molded shapes and products in accordance with the application.
These anti-static sheets feature an anti-static layer co-extruded onto an HIPS surface. Enabling high moldability, they can be vacuum formed, and also support hot-plate and match molding. They can prevent the accumulation of dust on store displays. They can also be used as trays for carrying or shipping electronic components.
These special sheets are designed for high gloss. They achieve this feature through the co-extrusion of GPPS and glossy resin on an HIPS surface. They are well suited to printing, and give products a new image in stores.

YK sheets Product Information
These multilayer sheets are made by co-extruding polycarbonate and polyester resin. They combine the heat resistance of polycarbonate with the moldability of polyester, making them ideal for commercial printing applications and dummy displays in vending machines. The polyester resin uses recycled PET bottles as a raw material, making the sheets environmentally friendly as well.
