Fused Silicate Phoshate

Product Information

Outline

A completely new soil treatment fertilizer, registered as Fertilizer No. 1 based on the Fertilizer Official Standard "Fused Silicic Acid Phosphate Fertilizer" which was newly established in 2001 based on our application. By manufacturing it using the fusing method, a high silicic acid absorption and utilization ratio for crops can be achieved, so a smaller amount produces the same fertilizing effect as conventional silicic acid-based fertilizers, which also leads to labor savings. As it contains phosphoric acid, manganese, and lime as well, soil improvement and enhanced crop yield/quality can be achieved.

Characteristics

  1. The silicic acid absorption and utilization ratio of crops is high.
  2. It helps crops develop better roots, makes robust stems and leaves, and better positioned to receive light which improves the process of photosynthesis. When used in paddy fields, it helps prevent the rice plants from toppling, for a consistent harvesting of high quality rice.
  3. Soil acidity can be remedied.

Uses

The following reference amount should be applied. Note that the amount may be increased or decreased depending on regional and soil conditions.
[paddy rice] for autumn or spring fertilizers, basic fertilizer should be put before plowing: 60 – 80 kg/10 a, intermediate additional fertilizer should be put down about 1 month before forming ears: 20 - 40 kg/10 a. [vegetables (leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, etc., root vegetables like Japanese white radish, etc.) 60 - 80 kg/10 a. Better quality can be achieved.
