ELETHERMAL is an acrylic adhesive, thermally conductive sheet developed by combining DENKA's proprietary polymer design and high-thermal conductivity filler mixing design.
Characteristics
Displays low thermal resistance and adhesive on both sides, and effectively dissipates heat from heat-generating components and flexible printed circuits (FPC).
