"DENKA FLUX COMPOUND" has a very low impurity content, while absorption of moisture and carbon dioxide in the air can be controlled, thus providing excellent storage stability and rendering it well suited as a refining agent for high-grade steel. Also, its melting temperature is low, and since it has excellent slag formation performance and fluidity, it enables refining treatment to be performed in a shorter time.

Suitable as a refining agent for desulfurizing and deoxidizing (oxide inclusions) in ladle injection, ladle gas bubbling, vacuum degassing (RH), electro-slag refining (ESR), etc. in the secondary refining process for high-grade steel.
